11-04-2025Terrible experience. I had a parking space and not a storage. No one understands anything at all. There was no light in my storage. I had to pay my movers an additional two hours for all the back and fourth transferring to switch me into an actual unit and not a PARKING SPACE. Also my first month free was not even honored. Never again

10-22-2025They are scammers. I called and told them what I needed and they convinced me and told me they had it. After I paid and arrived at the location, they had a parking lot like a Walmart. There's no security or anything. They're not responsible for anything, and besides, I called them and asked for a refund. They told me they couldn't give me a full refund because there were administrative fees. I lost money just by calling them.
