DONT!!!! get a unit from here (1241 Prosper Commons Blva, Prosper TX 75078 ) the experience was beyond HORRIBLE. I was given different prices for the same unit. All the admin fees for 3 units which I was forced to get bc they would t transfer a unit 2 mins from purchasing the wrong size when so I had to buy a THIRD unit then they charged me for more locks and admin fees and a higher fee for the next unit same size. Also I locked my keys and kids inside the customer service refused to help me they (3 different agents) told me to call 911 after 9pm instead of giving me a code to get inside to after hours to get my wallet. Then I was charged AGAIN a monthly charge and I wasnt even there for a week. RUN AWAY DONT WALK. Find somewhere else that values customers bc they dont. I requested the district manager and a supervisor and was told no one was available. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.
Only elevator has been out for over a week. Unacceptable for a storage unit facility if you are going to build with only 1 elevator and not have it fixed quickly. Makes it impossible to move items up stairs with carts only.
Lucien and kurstine where very helpful and very nice
Krysten was very helpful great customer service! I have Been here many years and she has been the best!
I've been trying for over 2 weeks to move out. My unit is on the second floor and the elevator has been broken. I called customer service with zero help! And they charged me for a full month even thou I could not move out. Beware. And watch out for increasing monthly dues!
I have had to use storage companies before in different places that Ive lived. But have been extremely pleased with the public storage here in Prosper Texas.
