Was great until I got to my unit looked to have had a leak through the roof through the insulation. Whomever "fixed" it did the duct tape job that looked like total shit to begin with. Strike 1... So I calmly went to the kiosk to talk to someone the agent lady was nice and understanding and put me into a new unit. Got to that unit and guess what it has someone already in it....... strike 2. so now im stuck. Got back to the agent kiosk to talk to another lady who couldve cared less, and hung up on me strike 3. Ended up canceling everything 3 strikes your out for me. Then after all that they are trying to tell me they are not gonna reimburse all my money. Would definitely like to recognize Jennifer with Public storage. She has really taken responsibility and helped this along, even though im choosing to go elsewhere based off the initial experience, she managed to reimburse me back in full, and has really gone above and beyond to smooth this along. Bumping this up to 3 stars, but if I could give 10 to Jennifer alone I would. She is very sweet, respectful and seems to care for her customers. Genuine people are rare these days so thank you Jennifer, it has been great working through this with you.

That app is total amazing. THE APP IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. 3216 E Pioneer Pkwy Arlington, TX 76010 but unfortunately they do not prorate.. So if you are moving out in the middle of the month be prepared to pay for the full month. After trying to contact the manager all morning and leaving messages. And still no call back by 3pm.. I finally had to call and act like I wanted to set up new services before I was able to get assistance. AND that was when I found out that they do no prorate...not a happy person at all. People work very hard and for you to keep even a portion of those funds after a persons move out date that is very horrible business practices... And that is not a good look for such a big company, I am sure that you 1 person doesn't stop your taking money from people, but I truly hope that others think long and hard before renting with this company... I will be posting this review on the BBB and yelp, google and anywhere else I can... Just think if I am paying 158.00/30days =5.26 a day* 13days that I will have this unit =68.38 is what I should only be paying -158.00 what they are charging for a full month=89.62 of a profit...Now if they do that to everyone that is a major profit.....
So trying to reach anyone takes a miracle . I have been calling all day 09/3/25 and for some reason the phone just rings and rings. I have not gotten a call back . I have left messages...The app is amazing though, unless you have questions. But they are clean..
