12-08-2025I dont leave reviews ever, but I am today!! As a business owner myself, I know how hard it is to find good workers and I just left thoroughly impressed being helped by a lady named Jody. She ran this place like she owned it! She took so much pride and everything. She said everything she did from the way this place looked. It was spotless. I was so highly impressed with her that I had to say something to her.. I dont know who her boss is, but I asked for her manager or her uppers information to call and let them know how professional an amazing she was. Keep up the good work, Jody!!! You impressed me today

12-04-2025Get ready for your price to increase every single month for no logical reason. I contacted customer service and was told almost casually that because their location is receiving more customers, everyones prices go up. So basically, Im being charged MORE than what I originally signed up for simply because theyre getting more business. Make that make sense. I shouldnt be paying higher fees as a penalty for their growth, yet thats exactly whats happening. Completely unfair and misleading. I do NOT recommend renting a public storage unit here unless youre prepared for constant price hikes with no explanation.

12-04-2025I had an issue with my unit price increase which got resolved within the same day ! I feel like I can breathe again ! This location is clean, quiet & safe. The staffs are always willing to help, even if that means them forwarding your issue to upper manager for problem resolution. Ive never had an issue, my items are protected, the grounds are clean and unkept and once again staff is willing to do what they can to help you. Oh and one thing I do love is there no touch access they have. Everything is literally on your phone, access in & out the gate, elevator etc..very convenient
