11-29-2025Showed up at 5:38PM yesterday to move in but my gate code was not working. No one was in the office despite it being well within office business hours. Will be transferring to a different location. I understand technology happens, but someone should be on site to assist with things like that!

11-02-2025I will never rent from Public Storage again. I have been a loyal customer for about 10 years even before Public Storage purchased this location from the previous company. I was on auto pay so they got their money on time every month. This company has continued to raise my rent at least 2 times per year. My new rental was going to be almost $400 per month. Well, the online monthly rental price is $159. I tried to stay even though they are more expensive than every other company out there but they wouldn't budge so I moved out. Now that I'm out they will be losing money every month comparing what I was paying and what the online rental rate is. I will NEVER rent from a Public Storage facility again. I know most companies raise their rates but not like Public Storage. Stay away!!!!
