In store staff are great but the owners keep raising my rent every 6 months. when I first rented here unpaid less than 200 a month. Now they wanted to charge 405 a month for a locker on the 3rd floor. I ended up renting a locker on the 1st floor for less than 200 a month. They don't want long term renters they will just keep raising your rent. I'm disabled and can't afford a moving company to move everything to a different business so I'm stuck. Additionally they charge late fees on the 5th and will cut your lock on the 22nd if your not paid in full! (I'm not sure that's legal) Then they charge you a $50 fee for the combination lock they put on your locker. They then charge another 20 for a disk lock if you don't have one when you remove the combination lock. Even with all that before they give you the code to the combo lock they make you pay the $50 fee then "refund" it back. DO NOT RENT HERE THEY WILL INCREASE RENT EVERY 6 MONTHS AND CHARGE INSANE FEES!
Very nice, clean, secure facility. Trust my stuff being here and great location. The gentleman in the office is very friendly. Computer have a few glitches after pricing and he quickly resolved it. Have used many facilities nationwide wide and this is by far the best.
Michelle was really helpful and kind, I would most definitely come back again!
Let's start with "by the door" there's only TWO doors. They're automatic so that's nice but if more than ONE family is loading it is an absolute hassle. Only 4 parking spaces. Inside spots are nice and all if you can physically get there. There's only one entrance and one exit through a big garage like door. I understand needing the code to get inside obviously but you also need a code to get out. The guy who works there Jose is rude. He acts like like you're stupid because you don't know how things work. He wouldn't let my 15 yr old get a cart to help move so I had to waste 10 minutes going to get a cart. He came out several times just to bother us. Definitely unsatisfied with the price I am paying for the place (the units are big!) but the climate control is like 80. Hard to access. Unhelpful staffing. Overall wouldn't recommend it.
Absolutely wonderful customer service helped us when we really truly needed it would recommend to anyone
