10-05-2025Company owner, if you want to claim expenses, check with the manager 3 years ago and find out what the problem is before claiming the expenses. Does it make sense to claim expenses for the next month when you just cleaned up on the last day? The manager worked hard for 3 weeks to solve the problem. Hey, owner, your manager is very good.

09-25-2025I am extremely disappointed with how this company handled my situation. When I went through a hardship, instead of compassion or understanding, I was met with rudeness and dismissiveness. I only asked for a short extension until September 30th to pay my balance in full and return the keys. I even explained that my late mothers belongingsher clothing, funeral items, and childhood photoswere still in the unit. As her only child, these items are irreplaceable. Instead of working with me, I was told my unit was already going to auction. Carlos, in particular, was extremely combative and unprofessional in every interaction. Rather than listening, he spoke defensively and made the process unnecessarily stressful. Erika also informed me that there was nothing that could be done, despite my clear explanation. To make matters worse, there are many times when no staff are present in the office during business hours. I have timestamped photos to prove this. As someone who works in property management, I know this is unacceptablesomeone should always be available to help customers. This entire experience left me feeling disrespected, unheard, and deeply distraught. Losing personal belongings under these circumstances, especially items tied to my late mother, has caused me significant emotional pain. I would strongly caution anyone considering using this facility.
