At this Bedford Public Storage you'll find:
Very nice customer service the best I had
Great location and easy to get to unit
Nick was very helpful?
There is a dead rat in my unit, and I was told by customer service that's my problem not theirs.
They would raise my rent without notice. I haven't been there maybe 2 years and it's gone up 100 dollars. I have a friend that has the same size unit and pays less and been there longer. It rains inside my unit. I will never use public storage again.
