When I initially called to inquire about storage options, the teamespecially the manager who assisted mewas incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and kind. She took the time to walk me through the best unit options for my needs and made the entire process effortless. I was able to complete everything online smoothly, including payment, which made the experience even more convenient. The entire process was seamless, and I was even offered a free month, which was a wonderful bonus. What really stood out, though, was the follow-up care. Jamie personally reached out to make sure my lock was secure and that everything was in ordersomething you dont often see in this industry. The professionalism, attentiveness, and genuine care from the Allen team made a stressful move feel easy. Everyone at this location truly deserves recognitionand honestly, a raise. 01-12-2026Avoid Extra Space at all costs. Or google it. They pretend to offer introductory rates, promise to not raise them, then double your rate in a few months, often without notice. Complete scam. I rented for years with Macho and Compass, both much better.
