After reaching out to customer service, I decided to go with this company and so far it has been an amazing experience. When my 6 month term was over I reached out to them and was able to get a better offer for a few more months than what was quoted. It really made my Christmas holiday a bit better. I am really grateful for the compassion and willingness to work with me and get me a better rate. Every time I go to the storage unit they are kind and the facility is well kept.
