03-26-2026The location is managed but outdated. The sloped terrain makes loading and unloading difficult, and there is only one flimsy dolly available. You have to wait for an hour or more, when the dolly gets available, or you have to discover dolly location yourself walking all property yourself. Prices are high for the level of convenience and equipment provided. The sloped terrain makes loading and unloading unnecessarily difficult, especially for elders or disabled ones. The manager, Nick, is appear friendly but unable to effectively manage the system, which cancels bookings without notification. Additionally, even after moving out, accounts may still be escalated to collections. Interactions with the central office over the phone and emails feel overly focused on maximizing charges rather than helping customers, reflecting a zero level of customer orientation.

Everyone there has always been so nice and helpful, Nick especially always treated me like a VIP and helped me navigate the website and understanding of charges and auto pay and every question I had.
