10-29-2025ANNA .(WOW!). For those that say customer service is dead and gone swing by this location to be proven wrong. The smart, confident, intelligent, outstanding demeanor, helpful, assistance provided by Anna today was such a breath of fresh air. Especially after the run around I received trying to set up this rental online. If there is a GOAT recognition in the public storage field, Id nominate Anna to be recognized with that award. 09-19-2025The elevator size was not optimal for me to use their storage location as my furniture would not have fit into it, so I had to cancel last minute. Autumn was wonderful in helping me through the whole process. She walked with me to two units, helped me assess the elevators and then was able to assist me with the cancellation when I decided it was not a good fit for me. Even though I walked in close to closing time, she was courteous, professional and extremely understanding. They have great customer service. Just not big enough elevators, sadly.
