09-29-2025This company as a whole is garbage I rented a 10x5 unit starting at $65 a month. Ive had the unit for just over a year now and the price has gone up every single month to the point that it is now DOUBLE. I have never been late on a payment and have my payments on AUTOPAY. I now pay $150 a month even though you go online to their website and can purchase a new one for $70. GARBAGE.

09-18-2025It is a good storage place. Sometimes difficult to reach by phone and they do return calls quickly. I did have an issue when I transfered to a different unit and it was resolved quickly.
