12-02-2025Donavan greatly helped us as we downsized our storage space and relocated us near our previous space for a convenient transfer of our boxes, etc., handled the paperwork efficiently and quickly, and gave us time to relocate. If looking for suggestions for improving the overall experience now and in the future another wheeled cart located in the building would be nice and maybe some kind of system to see around the corners as one drives through the site. No one should be reckless anyway but could create less anxiety (mirrors on the corners?). It was a pleasant experience for us and we appreciated the way we were handled.

12-01-2025Of the many storage units in Phoenix, I chose the absolute best when it came to Extra Space Storage @35th Ave and the 101! From the moment I stepped into that office, Donovan was just fantastic. The outstanding customer service, the time spent going over everything (was over an hour) and setting up the unit, I can say only great things about this business and if I ever need another storage facility, this one is TOPS!!! Thanks Donovan, you're awesome! P.s., if I could give this 10 Stars, I would!!

11-25-2025Ive had an amazing experience with Extra Space Storage! Donovan and his staff are always friendly, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. The units themselves are great, and I really appreciate how flexible theyve been with our unique needs. Each year, we rent an additional space for about a month to run our special events, and they make the entire process smooth and stress-free. The location right off the I-17 and 101 is super convenient, and were always able to get in and out at reasonable times. Clean facility, excellent customer service, and a team that truly goes above and beyond highly recommend!
