Jeff who is the facility manager was friendly knowledgable and provided simply the best customer service for a smooth signup. His customer service was stellar, he is a true professional from speaking with him on the phone then meeting him in person, we were very impressed with his listening and communication skills. His knowledge of the storage leasing market was top notch and he was extremely helpful. He is very thoughtful and kind. A true gentleman. He is very personable and kind. We enjoyed chatting with him.
