05-21-2025I had a tough time with the online reservation system, ended up making 3 reservations because I wasnt sure what I needed and then decided to just go in person to finish my reservation and figure out what I really needed. Lia helped out and was very kind and compliant, showing me the differences in the units available. This facility is super clean and organized and the location is really assessable if youre a member. I suggest making an appointment to speak to an agent in person. If you show up randomly theres no guarantee somebody will be available in the office as theyre always walking around the property.

04-06-2025They aggressively push for 5 star reviews so take these high ratings with a grain of salt. Hard to get a hold of, make you buy their $20 lock. Their fees are a lot higher than initial quote you see posted online once you add their lock, sign up fee and insurance. I provided a review saying how I had gone to the office (nobody was there) and tried calling (nobody answered) tried online chatting and they couldnt help. Then when I posted a negative review I immediately get a response? I dont like companies that badger customers for ratings. All this would be a 1 star reviews but the facility is new so Im giving it 2 (Note: I had deleted my original 1 star review when Judy finally got around to helping me but she must have been looking at an old post because then she called again to ask me to correct it, even though it was already deleted, very off putting)
