05-23-2026The customer service is impacable because the staff Sarah, Sterling, Ron and the district manager Matthew are always extremely personable, patient and accommodating. They also conduct themselves in a very professional manner and they go above and beyond to ensure that their clients are satisfied with the service they're receiving. Moreover, public storage's prices are very reasonable as well as affordable, and the staff always empathizes with their client's hardships. Additional, the staff are very informative, knowledgeable, reliable and accessible to answer any questions or resolve problems that might arise.

05-17-2026I came into public storage today after leaving BJs. I saw the sign and begged my husband to stop because were moving soon. Sarah was soo friendly and helpful. Its 92 degrees out and not for nothing I would not want to help someone in this heat and walk to find a storage- EVEN IF YOU PAID ME.! Just kidding but no literally she was helpful and I appreciate how easy she made the rental. While we were there Ron was also super friendly. Glad people still share a smile these days. Its hard to go into a business and people be friendly. Thank you guys for making our rental process easier.
