09-03-2026We had secured a space at Public Storage for the 11th of September as per our agreement with the movers. However, the movers surprised us. They were now going to arrive more than a week earlier than scheduled. We were scrambling. Jeff was calm and awesome, he helped us secure a space in short notice while keeping the rates we booked months in advance.

08-11-2026Property manager helped me to check the unit door lock. When I left the unit, I were not sure if door was properly secured with locks. Staff (Jeff) responded my concern in ten minutes, which gave me peace of mind. It is very much appreciated.

08-10-2026Jeff was very helpful with his customer service and showing the unit. First time customer and had a very positive experience. Edit: special shout-out to Jeff. I parked outside the building to make a call. Given that he knew I am going to stop by the office to ask for the direct line number, he came out and handed me the number. This is very very thoughtful and great service. I really hope his boss would see this and realize how great of an employee he got.
