08-24-2026Update after 6 months: after my introduction period, the corporate office for Extra Space jacked up my rate way higher than I had been told would happen when the promotional rate ended. For reference I was told that once my introductory period finished I would be charged $175 (which is also what the website currently lists as the non-promotional rate). Instead corporate raised my rate to $229 and Im sure they are going to continue raising it the longer I stay. Im giving three stars because the staff at this location has been very helpful and communicative, and they were able to lower my rate back down to what I had been told original, but this behavior from the company is extremely scammy and leaves a nasty taste in my mouth about the company as a whole
