08-04-2026Setting up my unit at the Thornton Way location could not have been easier. The whole process was quick and simple, and I love that I can get in digitally without fumbling with anything. The staff were so welcoming, helpful, and friendly from the moment I walked in. I will absolutely be using them again. If you need storage in San Jose, go here. They are wonderful!

07-28-2026I had such a great experience here. The employee who helped me, Tony, went above and beyond to make my move as easy as possible. I was running short on time, so instead of just telling me it wouldnt work, he found me a unit at another nearby facility that stayed open later so I would have enough time to move everything in. On top of that, he helped me sign and secure the lease right then. Its rare to find someone who genuinely takes the time to help instead of just doing the bare minimum. He was patient, knowledgeable, and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend this location and truly appreciate all of his help!
