02-28-2026The storage was very clean. It has air conditioning lights. Everything that you would need to be comfortable as you unload and load your things. Customer service is on point. They were very helpful very kind but one thing I can say is I did not like that I couldnt get any reimbursement after paying $129. I only had my storage for a week and they wouldnt bend so that was disappointing, but everybody has a policy theyre open until 10 PM which is awesome. I would rent there and recommend them to everybody.

02-22-2026I wanted to edit my review. There has been theft but the people that work at this location are doing everything they can. It is not their fault. People are stealing everything not from storage places but people's vehicles, and other items. Unfortunately, the criminals have more rights than we do. Thank you, Heather

02-19-2026Be aware when you rent units here. Our units got break-in twice within 2 weeks. They cleaned out our stuffs worth more than $40k including the military stuffs. Not just us but also the other customers got the same problems too since a few years ago. Plus, they are raising the rent after couple months. So it is not worth to rent here to risk your personal belongings.

02-17-2026Great customer service. They made it super easy and convenient, didnt even have to go in the office at all to sign anything, was all done through email. Also had a lock inside the unit ready to go. They have lights inside which makes moving stuff amazing lot easier. Ive been to a couple places that didnt and it was a lot harder using flashlights. Also got a good promo so I would definitely recommend this place

02-11-2026At first everything seemed great with the first weekend of moving in. Then I found out on Wednesday someone broke into my storage unit stealing very precious things to me I can't replace. I am beyond devastated and couldn't even sleep but 4 hours on Wednesday night. I move in on the weekend and sunday night when i left at 7 pm somone broke in to my unit. Then after this happened I was told there was a break in to another unit January 13th. If I would have known I wouldn't have rented at this location. I called the police and an officer did come to fill out all the things stolen from my unit. I don't know if I believe it is someone from the outside but someone from the inside. They took everything they wanted n my unit. I am devastated and so sad. I just want my classical music books back.since I play piano. I have no music books or my original sheets music now since I played since the age of 7 in the 80s. I should have had them at home with my sisters but there isn't enough room so I put them in the suitcase in my storage unit.
