Sheila was excellent managing my account and solving a problem with my online account that noone else i spoke to before cared or even tried helping me with. I had to deal with this problem for over a year, and it was very stressful. Sheila as an assistant manager had a friendly manner, and a willingness to help. She listened to me and what I needed, and found a solution in less than 10minutes!! I couldn't be more happy with her attention to my situation and the solution she provided.
