08-18-2024Although I signed up online for my unit, I came into the store to get my bearings and my gate key. Claude was friendly, informative and concise. We later crossed paths as I was filling my unit with some items. Claude asked me about my job, and what followed was a great conversation about life, college, and our own aspirations. I am pleased to know that such a genuine and helpful property manager works at this location, and it only improved my confidence as a first-time unit renter.
