Taslimas service was excellent
Taslima has been absolutely phenomenal and sooooo soooo helpful and supportive. I've been a long time customer and she has always helped me with my 100s of questions. She always says hi and asks if we need anything every time she sees us! She deserves more than 5 stars if I could give more! Thanks to her I've continued my business at this location for many years!
Has mouse issue and failed to act even we told them so
If you need customer service, this is the place youd want. Taslima has been super helpful answering the questions I had.
I was offered a "lifetime" discounted rate when I joined, and less than 6 months later they are increasing my storage unit monthly cost by 52%. Unacceptable. Do not trust them, they wait for you to move all of your stuff in then increase rates by over 50%! At least they gave a 1 month warnings... (joking. Seriously, what the hell public storage)
