11-07-2025The amount of contempt and disdain Pam (old woman at front desk) has for her co-workers and customers is dangerous. Everything that comes out of her mouth is a lie. When confronted about an extra fee that was not on the lease she quickly referred us to her District Manger, "Derek Coffill" but turns out the email and number are both fake. Other employees openly share how Pam's presence on site makes it a living hell for themselves and they feel sorry for customers. And they are extremely nosy. If you just want to store your stuff without being watched and talked to then anywhere else is a better option.

10-28-2025Be careful renting a unit here if you are a person of color. My partner was accused by Pamela of vandalizing the elevator but when they reviewed the security footage, it clearly showed that it wasnt him. My partner then asked why of the 5 different groups that were there did she accuse him specifically. Not only did she not apologize, she then falsely accused him of threatening her and reported him to the District Manager. After speaking to the District Manager, he claimed to have reviewed the evidence but never followed up. Instead, my partner received a rental termination notification, all based on racially charged false allegations.
