10-16-2025Theyve had two thefts (at least) this year, including my unit. Someone was able to enter the facility, cut off my lock, steal things, and put on another lock. I was never notified by any of the staff. The 24/7 security system is not set up to capture this kind of theft. And Ryan, the district manager, insists that they did nothing wrong, and that they perfectly followed their established procedures. It takes a lot of gall to think nothing is wrong here.
