11-30-2025The facilities itself isnt amazing because the elevator lift is pretty janky and the cart is always missing but the customer service/support here is excellent! Before signing my lease, I had all my questions answered and the team here was so nice. They always remembered me and checked in to make sure my storage unit was good when they saw me. I can easily call and ask for help or support. Highly recommend this Extra Storage location.
