07-14-2026We had a wonderful experience at the Public Storage location at Pierce St., Westminster, CO, and it was all thanks to Mr. Mark! He was incredibly kind, transparent, and helpful from the very beginning. Before we made any decisions, he personally walked us through both the indoor and outdoor storage options so we could see everything firsthand. We ultimately chose an indoor unit because of the superior security standards and climate control and even though it costs a little more, the peace of mind and knowing our belongings are safe makes it absolutely worth it! Mr. Mark also guided us through everything we needed to know the lock, the rules, access hours, and how the facility operates. He was knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely friendly even with our 6-year-old son, which meant so much to us as a family! Thank you so much, Mr. Mark! You made a stressful moving experience so much smoother and more comfortable. We truly appreciate your outstanding service!

06-10-2026Mark did a wonderful job helping me today. I didnt read the paperwork and went to ask about the red tag. He told me it snapped right off. After informing me he then talked about the lock and insurance saying that if I already had a lock he could refund me 20 bucks! As well as said my renters might cover the storage unit which would save me more! I was so happy to have stopped in! He was great and extremely helpful. Best storage unit staff interaction Ive ever had! 100% recommended!
