07-21-2026The Property Manager at my location I believe her name is Stephanie was extremely helpful in addressing my only issue with the rope breaking on the door. She not only replaced it immediately but went out of her way to call me and speak to me about my rent and rest assured me that I wouldnt have an increase in rent for several months. She was so nice and easy to understand. She explained how things work and was extremely accommodating. I would highly recommend renting from public storage because of her expertise, professionalism, promptness, and ability to address all issues with a solid solution.

07-21-2026I wanted to publicly let everyone know that the manager at the Thornton location Stephanie was extremely helpful and prompt to fix and address all my issues with excellent service. She went out of her way to call me and let me know that she had fixed the rope that broke on the garage door and relieved my stress about any changes in rent. She was very knowledgeable and explained how things work and set my mind at ease. She also let me know that if I needed anything she or someone else would be there to address the issue with the same promptness and professionalism as she had just showed. I highly recommend renting from public storage because of the excellent service I received from Stephanie.
