06-14-2026Rachelle needs a bonus! She was an absolute gem! I had to move my car (with a dead engine) from my apartment with almost no notice. After a hectic few hours of scrambling, I ended up on the extra storage website. After a quick phone call I was able to find a unit close by and one that a tow truck would be easily able to access. Rachelle was super informative and explained everything step by step along with all the information Id need before I arrived. I am so grateful that she was there to help in a super stressful situation and made the whole process a lot easier.
