06-19-2026Storage units have become a case of bait and switch. What other type of company raises rates regularly. As I'm looking for a new company, I see that units at my current storage place are advertised at a much lower rate. Who said this was ethical? Additionally, I lost my key and wanted the lock cut off. The front receptionist kept telling me to go home and look for the key. She won't take no for answer. Come to find out She didn't know how to cut the lock with bolt cutters. She wasted 2 days of my life because she didn't know how to perform part of her duties.
