05-25-2026Elizabeth at the Eden Prairie location helped me set up a walk through for the Flying Cloud Dr. Location due to there was only a kiosk to talk to and using my disc lock from a previous storage facility was a problem to solve. She was like a piece of heaven to talk to and an appointment was set where the kiosk could not do that. People are important.
