05-03-2025Javier is a joke for a manager he is always on a power trip as if he owns the place. No info or research on when the space is broken into. Just throws an insurance brochure at you. Not the first time I have had interaction with him. Doesnt want to answer any questions when asked about the breakin. May this is an inside job?

05-02-2025The crappiest place, you can expect the manager to have a power trip as well as the staff to be extremely nosy when you visit your unit. Over priced Update: zero stars is my choice. Please watch the rime or you suffer the consequences and the concern isn't in ypur best interest when it comes to the policies of public storage and you making the mistake of losing track of time. They don't care if ypur units open or if ypu left your keys inside or you will be sleeping on the side walk. Their policies are important. Not people.
