12-11-2023do not rent a storage unit from this location. their hours for access are terrible (9:30am-6pm). the app for the gate control doesn't work half the time. i rented a unit in June 2023 and received a 40% rent increase notice in December. this place is a rip-off. you can't talk to the management/owners. the on site managers aren't helpful. find any other storage unit to rent. i am not a problem renter. i have had 2 previous units near my homes. one for 18 years and the other for 9 years. i pay a years rent at a time for the discount and have never had a problem. i also have never had my rent increase by 40% and after only 6 months at the location.
