05-08-2025Public Storage in Rowland Heights, CA, is a clean facility with easy access and a spacious area for loading and unloading your belongings. The staff is very friendly and ready to assist you with any concerns. However, there are a couple of places for improvement. First, the elevator is extremely slow, and currently, there is only one working elevator, which can significantly slow down the process, especially during busy times. Second, there aren't enough dollies or carts available, so I recommend bringing your own to avoid inconvenience. Overall, it's a great staff and a well-maintained area. Update: The staff members here are really attentive. They will listen to all your concerns and ensure they provide quality service. They are working hard to address all the improvements Ive mentioned, and because of this, I would recommend this storage unit with the highest rating.
