10-02-2024Raised rent by 25% in the first 2 months. Do not fall for their bait and switch tactics. They will run promotions and offer a good price then raise the rent 25% twice per year until you're right at the normal insanely high price. The Better your starting rate is the more aggressively they raise it. Better off selling your stuff or making room in the garage than paying them thousands a year.

I own a small business and we only needed the unit for a month but decided to extend our stay because of the cleanliness of the property and the excellent staff we encountered. James, trace and Angelica go out of their way to make you feel like a guest and not a customer.
