Ive been a customer at extra space storage for over a year. Anytime Ive contacted customer service whether it was about a payment or just. Question and was in touch with Angie, at the Oceanside blvd location, I can honestly say that I ALWAYS receive exceptional service. Living out of state knowing that angie is there as someone customer service rep there that I can count on, really gives me peace of mind.
