05-13-2024This 4star review is about the customer service and not the facility itself. Bobby is the only reason why. I was very disappointed with the way this storage facility operates: no light in the unit, rate increases and lacking maintenance of critical infrastructure (elevator). However, the customer service provided by Bobby of above and beyond. She deserves a lot of credit, as well as a pay raise (DO YOU HEAR ME PIBLIC STORAGE?! Pay this woman her worth!!!!), for her patience, communication and efforts with customers. I really appreciate her honesty and follow through with what she says in actions. Thank you, Bobby, and I hope you will be acknowledged by your employer for your service!

05-07-2024I want to say a huge thank you to Josephine, since I moved to Novato public storage, she has always helped customers solve problems. She always listens carefully and treats requests with understanding! Not many people nowadays have such qualities as the ability to listen and help, even if this is part of the duties of a clerk. There are times when clients are impatient, they want it faster and faster, she will find a way to calm the client down and help. Thank you for the fact that there are still people who do not take their responsibilities formally. Thanks Josephine! You are a truly good person and a great clerk for Public Storage!
