05-06-2025Do not rent a space with this location! Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. Gates are supposed to open at 6am. They did not open and they told me I would have to wait 3.5hrs before they could get someone down there to open the gate. I asked for a partial refund to compensate me for this inconvenience, they didnt even try to appease me. Betsy the manager of this location said it wasnt her responsibility to make sure her facility worked properly and then hung up on me mid sentence. Tara the customer service representative equally unhelpful. I was a loyal paying customer here for over a year and they didnt even try to help me. Very disappointed.
