05-02-2025Absolute scam artist raised my rate 2x up to 20 percent in first 4 months and opted me in for insurance without authorization. Called and walked the rep thru charges and she says not my problem they can charge whatever they want based on market. Every month my rate has changed and increased without authorization. Read the fine print its the single biggest racquet Ive ever witnessed. Ive never heard of a business that can go in and charge whatever rate they desire out your belongings can go out on the street. Started at 170 a month 3 months later Im at 250 before insurance additional charge. Horrific customer service on top of that. They dont value the customer.

05-02-2025Had a very good experience with a change of spaces today. We were able to move to a lower floor and save some money for a better shaped, and same size storage space that made it easier to get into and retrieve things. Maria was excellent, friendly and extremely easy to deal with.
