Undisputed most predatory rate increases I've ever experienced. They give you a good rate moving in then once you're in they increase rates every 3 months. 44% increase in 6 months for a freaking parking spot; started @ $140; now $202 in 6 short months.
It is an older facility so no amenities at all. Only bathroom is in the office up front. The entry doors are comparatively narrow so when you are bringing a cart through the door, your storage boxes have to be long ways which means you have to make more trips back and forth. Carts are very hard to fine, usually 1 per building if even that. The carts are old with bad wheels that make the carts difficult to push at times. The only benefit was the lower cost which has increased, for me at least, 40% in the last 18 months putting the price on par with their nicer, cleaner, larger, cart-friendly, cart-abundant, wider-automatic-door competitors. Will be moving out soon. If I have to pay that much I will go somewhere much nicer.
I want to thank Pam for assisting me in downsizing my unit. She was very professional and knowledgeable, patient and kind. She showed me all units available that may interest me and answered all my questions. Thank you Pam
Great service, great employees.
Good customer service clean facilities. However the gates have been broken a lot so the facility is no longer secure and every few months they just increase the price of the unit for no reason. I signed up because of the good rates. Only for my bill to increase $12 after the first month. Then an additional $7 four months later. Would have been three months later if I didnt call and complain.
