03-13-2025Customer service has been great. I have had this unit for almost 6 years. Starting price was $185/month. Currently paying $430/month for the same unit. Do not rent from this company, they increase prices every year for no reason. Their employee salaries haven't increased to warrant the rate increased. They have a sister business across the street that has the same unit for half the price. I am going to rent from U-Haul 1 mile north that has 24-hr a day access, and the same size is less than half of what I am current. Public storage is a rip off. I have never missed a payment. They rent the same size as mine for "new" customers, but won't decrease my rent. They have no loyalty to a long time customer. If you rent from them plan on your payments increasing every 12 months.
