08-10-2026I want to thank and specifically mention Alicia Fletcher for the outstanding service she provided me in resolving, to my complete satisfaction the ongoing issue I was having with electric (or more accurately the loss of electric) service at my site. Walked me through all the changes and instead of passing me off for others to complete the transfer she placed me on hold and reached out to the handoff person to explain my issue and to provide them with the needed information so I didnt have to start all over. Nothing more frustrating than a cold handoff! I also would like to thank Missy who handled all the transfer paperwork for me which made the transfer to new facility seamless! Finally, but not least, I want to thank Ebony Allen for handling my follow up call quickly and for thoroughly explaining the process of payment transfer from one site to the next. Public Storage is lucky to have three outstanding representatives and they each deserve recognition for their professional performance.

06-23-2026This is the first time I've ever used a storage facility, and I'm glad I chose Public Storage. I signed up online, which was easy, although I was nervous with all the documentation. However, once signed up, the process was handled perfectly. I gained access using the app, and my storage space, which I located easily thanks to the map and signage at the facility, was ready with a lock waiting inside. I'm very pleased with my experience with Public Storage! UPDATE: It's now been a year, and I can say that I am still very happy with PS. There were 2 issues that came up since my initial review, and both were resolved very quickly and very easily. Xavier helped me today (6/24) with a lock issue, and although he was new to PS, he was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with. I will definitely stay with PS for awhile!
