01-28-2026During an extremely emotional time in my life I was tasked with moving my mother out of her home into mine. Packing her entire house up and moving her belongings into storage . I had 16days to complete this task prior to her coming home to live with me from a rehabilitation center. When I arrived to Public Storage I was in a fog! Exhausted and short of patience. Brianna allowed me to explain my situation without me feeling rushed. She was patient and very inviting. She took me on a tour in order for me to see each storage size. She was open, honest and even answered questions that concerned me. She made the process extremely easy. Lifting so much stress off my shoulders. The sercive Brianna provided me no longer exist in today's society. I am so thankful I had the pleasure of crossing her path. There are still great people in this world. Thank you Brianna for all your time, patience and empathy! You were exactly what I needed that day.
