02-02-2026I GOT A 10X10 IN OCTOBER OF2025 I WAS PAYING $118 I RECEIVED A TEXT MESSAGE SEVERAL DAYS AGO STATING ITS UP BY $100 NO PRIOR NOTICE NOTHING I CALL SPEAK TO JUAN AND HE SAYS YOU CAN PAY $65 EXTRA DOLLARS THIS MONTH THAT THE ECONOMY HAS GONE UP WELL YES IT HAS FOR CUSTOMERS AS WELL UPON CHECKING THEY ARE STILL OFFERING THE PRICE I PAID WHEN I STARTED IN OCTOBER LET THE BUYER BEWARE THEY WILL HAVE YOU GET A UNIT AND THEN RAISE IT BY $100 FOR A SMALL UNIT LIKE MINE I HAVE CONTACTED SEVERAL OTHER STORAGE UNITS INDOOR AROUND THE SURROUNDING AREAS AND NONE HAVE GONE UP BY $100 NOT EVEN CLOSE TO $65 SEVERAL STORAGE FACILITIES STATED THEY RAISED IT BY 25 TO $30 AND NOTIFIED THEIR CUSTOMERS I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY CHASE CURRENT CUSTOMERS AWAY!! I DID SPEAK TO A MANAGER ONLINE WHO STATED THEY WOULD KEEP MY RATE THE SAME THIS MONTH AND START CHARGING ME THE EXTRA $100 NEXT MONTH BUT JUAN STATED HIS DISTRICT MANAGER STATED $35 OFF THE NEW $100 UPCHARGE DOES SHE ACTUALLY BELIEVE $35 OFF OF THE UP CHARGE HELPS? I WILL UPDATE EVERYONE ONCE I SPEAK TO THEM TODAY
