08-04-2026**Edited once again** I had the best experience dealing with Amber the very professional associate of this Pubic Storage business location. Amber was able to quickly answer all my multiple questions and made it very simple to leave a storage locker that I had been renting for quite a long time. She was very friendly and I hope they keep hiring people like her and training them so thoroughly. I am very satisfied with my interactions with public storage and I've been using this particular location for years. Besides the outstanding personnel there, like Amber, the biggest addiition I've noticed in the time that I've been there has been this locations extensive closed circuit TV monitoring and recording system they have now install. The only small unavoidable negative aspect I can think of would be that, like all storage business locations, they keep slowly increasing the prices of the people who have been a long-term renters while offering bargain deals to the new customers. I understand that's how most storage businesses work but that fact is the main reason why I moved out of the storage unit. I had just been paying without thinking about it but when the cost of the monthly rent went up just a little bit I found other places for my items that didn't involve paying any rent. That's not a reflection on their great personnel like amber, but I thought management should know that every time they do an increase even a small amount it's going to cause some people to leave. Thank you Amber, Amelia, Miguel and everyone I have ever dealt with there!!! *Edited* Miguel the new property manager was very knowledgeable and Super helpful! I recently change my storage locker's size so he found perfect solutions for a few big challenges I had. Miguel was also very professional and helpful with answers for all my multiple "move-in" questions. In my life I've had storage units at many different locations (and with different storage companies) with both great and very bad property managers (and their coworkers / employees) so I know that one factor makes all the difference in the world when it comes to feeling that you will get help when you need it and that your items are stored properly. I'm very grateful Miguel was hired, well trained and now is working at this locatiion, taking the place of Amelia (the last property manager) at Emeryville Public Storage. *Below is the unedited review I gave this location years ago* Amelia is amazing! They are always ready to help and answer any questions you have.

I had a pleasure with dealing with both assisting me in my storage needs, to get my storage unit assisting getting my storage unit and getting everything finalized they deserve a raise.They are very knowledgeable in their job profession.
