08-18-2026A friend of mine from New Jersey has a rental storage unit here she asked me for a favor so she added me to her account so that I can take some pictures so that she could have the junk removal. People pick up her stuff and give her a quote. Jamaica, a long story short I needed them to cut the lock so I asked for lobby hours theyre from 930 to 6.the at the office lady told me that as long as I get there 30 minutes before she would be able to help me cut the lock so I opted to go the next day. im driving in from the city so it was no easy task getting over to Richmond. It took me about an hour and a half to get there. I finally get there 40 minutes before closing time and she proceeds to tell me rudely that shes not going to be able to help me because she has too much work to do and I asked her where in the policy it said that I needed to get here at a certain time for a lot to be cut, and she gave me a ugly face and went about working on her computer totally ignoring me she said shed be able to help me but she wasnt going to just get up and do it quickly and I said OK. Well, Ill wait its fine no big deal. She takes a couple of calls and proceeds to call her coworker to ask him or her what she can do about getting out of what she needed to do for me so the other person I guess assured her that she didnt have to do what I asked her so she went with that and denied me services totally unprofessional
