08-24-2024I've used this storage space a couple of times during moves. It's reliable--clean, cared for, and feels secure. I've used the building (G) on the side of parallel the freeway, as the floors don't have carpet. The staff regularly does lock checks, which means they go through the building hallways to check that everything's all right. Also, someone lives on the property to keep an eye on things. Ey Moore, one of the store managers, checked me in and out this most recent round, and was helpful, patient, and kind with my numerous questions. She even suggested I donate my old lock to help out a future customer. Handling the phones, office, and units as one person in the office has to be a challenging job, and I appreciated her care!
