11-01-2025Since year 2020 l been storing our family personal items at this site. During this time l had the pleasure of knowing Jean the Supervisor and her Staff. They all have been wonderful, especially Jean for making me feel comfortable being here. Some Good Points: 1) A very cleaned/organized building inside and out. 2) Jean and Staff are courteous, respectful and very helpful. 10-30-2025I chose Public Storage because of its convenient location and reasonable rates. However, I was disappointed to learn that the gate access hours are quite limit, only 6 a.m. to 7 p.m. For people who work regular weekday hours, that schedule makes it difficult to access their storage unit when needed. Extending the hours to at least 9 p.m. would make the facility much more practical and customer-friendly. The staff and pricing were good overall, but the restricted access times are a major inconvenience that customers should be aware of before renting.
