11-04-2025If I could give zero stars I would. The customer service is horrible. They decided it was more important to get their money. Charged our family an ENTIRE month rent for checking out on the first of the month. Literally everything was cleared out of our storage by 9 am on the first of the month but told us we were contracted to pay the rest of the month because of their policy. Will NEVER use again. Beware of the small print and policies.

09-14-2025Last Sunday I was having a hard time opening my storage door. It was just opening less than halfway. I stick my head in side to see what was blocking the garage door but didnt see anything. On Monday got a call from Malika the store Manager. We set a appointment to checkout the door jamming. With her small frame she went inside the storage while I hold the storage door. She said its a cart that I put in thats blocking the garage door. So I just push the leg of the cart and it open the storage door. Thank u very much Malika for job well done.
